The Baking Association of Australia is pleased to bring the annual SA Baking Show to the South Australian Food, Bev & Tech Trade Show 2022 Food Beverage Tech Trade Show in 2022.

The Baking Association of Australia is the National Body for the Baking Industry, and we are proud to not only support and assist bakeries across Australia but also to run local and national competitions.

Open to commercial bakers, in both baking and catering outlets, as well as students and apprentices, the annual Baking Show gives you the opportunity to showcase your bread, pies, cakes and pastries  – both traditional and innovative, with great prizes up for grabs (as well as bragging rights), thanks to our SA Baking Show sponsors.

For the very first time, the SA Training Trophy will be up for grabs as training providers encourage their students to enter and earn points towards the new prestigious award

Entries are to be submitted no later than 10:00 am on judging day – Tuesday, 17 May 2022  The full Baking Show Schedule and Entry form will be available at www.baa.asn.au in March 2022.

 

Watch our live judging on Tuesday, 18 May 2022 from 10:00 am, and come back to join us for the presentation of winners and medals on Wednesday at 2:pm
